Metis Values: Service. Teamwork. Relationships. Integrity. Quality.
At Metis, we believe that our values are the foundation to success. Our commitment to service means that we always prioritize the needs of our clients and work tirelessly to exceed their expectations. Our dedication to teamwork allows us to collaborate effectively with one another and our clients to accomplish their goals. We understand that relationships are key to building trust and we strive to be both consistent and reliable, a dependable resource when the need arises.
Moreover, we value integrity above all else. We always act with honesty, fairness, and respect for others, and we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. Finally, we believe that quality is non-negotiable. We take pride in our work and strive for excellence in everything we do.
As we reflect on the past year, we are proud of the many projects we have completed for our clients and thankful for the trust they put in us. Our relationships with longstanding clients like McKinley Management, Buffalo Wild Wings, and developer partners for Dollar General have demonstrated our commitment to our values in every project we undertake. We have also worked with multiple financial institutions, helping them expand their footprint. Our reach is expanding as well. In 2023 Metis worked in 54 cities, 26 Ohio counties, and 5 states.
We hope you enjoy our Year in Review video, which showcases some of our 2023 completed projects. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing clients and look forward to continuing to serve them, so that they may better serve their customers and teams in the years to come.

2023 Year in Review
Welcome to Metis!
New Team Members
From the field to the office, we expanded our team in 2023!
We love to celebrate the holidays with our team and their significant others. This year was extra fun as the Ohio weather allowed us to have our first ever December Party on the Patio!
Metis Design Highlight
The Design Team has been working with Evelyn Dickerson Hair Design in Kent to assist in relocating to Acorn Alley II. The salon will be on the first floor of 175 E Erie St., below Metis and next to Laziza.
The former location contained space for a variety of haircut and dye treatments, manicures, and pedicures. The new salon will have space for all of the existing business and is designed to welcome all clients with its new bright, yet neutral, open concept.
Metis in the Community
Our namesake, Metis is also known for a little bit of tomfoolery. At Metis, we like to have some fun and we appreciate spending time together when we are not working. Whether it be some shenanigans at an after work event or a little silliness while working together on a community service project, you will find our team members together outside of the workday having fun and enjoying each other’s company.

As Rotary District 6630 Governor(and Rotary Club of Akron member), Julie and Elizabeth Eaken, Business Development and Lead Architect (Rotary Club Stow-Munroe-Falls) spearheaded a new project with our Dunkin’ clients that raised close to $4,000!. For one day only, folks could purchase a dozen purple donuts with the proceeds going to the End Polio Now initiative. Thank you to all our clients, friends and Rotarians who ordered purple donuts for this fundraiser.
Exciting Family Updates
Congratulations to Steven and Julie Brandle as they have been promoted to Grandparents! Stetson Nash made his arrival on December 23rd and to say they are over the moon might be an understatement!
